Government Tries to Deport Dead Person

In a case that seems more appropriate for the Onion, the Los Angeles Times is reporting that the Government is trying to deport a man who died in August. The man’s death certificate is simply not enough for the Government to stop deportation proceedings. So how do you prove that your loved one is deceased?
